The good news about all the streamlining, downsizing, and rightsizing going on in business nowadays is that a lot of people are looking for work. The bad news, however, is that few of them have the exact qualifications you're looking for.

Added to that, the Baby Boom generation that has dominated most organizations for the past couple decades is beginning to retire. As the Baby Boomers continue to retire (and new jobs are created), a gap of about 23 million more jobs than available workers is expected by 2020.
