These are the agile manager's leadership and management responsibilities required to establish an agile project's Organic Teams:

  • Team structure-related activities that describe how best to organize teams for value and flexibility

  • Team practices to build expertise and community

  • Enterprise integration techniques to help integrate the organic team into the larger organization
