Chapter 10Working with the Development Team

Now that you have an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of your development team, let’s look at the content creation process and the key milestones that require your involvement. There are two distinct mindsets when it comes to developing content. One is to use a traditional waterfall methodology called ADDIE that’s commonly used by Learning and Development teams. The second approach is to use an agile software development methodology typically used by software development teams. Toward the end of this chapter, I also provide you with some tips on supplying feedback to your team.
