WHAT YOUR BOSS WANTS FROM YOU
At one level it is obvious what your boss wants from you: this will be laid out in your budget, your personal development plan, your MBO for the year and all the other planning and control documents that underpin corporate life. You need to deliver against these expectations as best you can.
