MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY

The most valuable resource you can manage is your own time: we all have a sell-by date we cannot cheat. You have two ways of making the most of your time. You can be time efficient, which is maximising the amount of your activity. And you can be time efficient, which is about making sure you do the right things. Most time management is focused on efficiency. But if you are working very hard doing the wrong thing, then your time efficiency is 100% useless. Time management starts with effectiveness: doing the right thing.
