PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management is a core skill which all managers must master. Fortunately, you do not need to master the 40 separate activities and seven different processes of a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner to be able to manage a project. With project management, as with much of management, simplicity triumphs over complexity.
