Waseem Afzal holds a teaching appointment at the School of Information Studies, Charles Sturt University, Australia. His formal education took place at Emporia State University, USA, where he earned his MBA in Business Administration and his PhD in Library and Information Management; and at the University of Punjab, Pakistan, where he earned his MCom with an emphasis on Finance. His research publications have appeared in Journal of Information Science; Library and Information Science Research Electronic Journal; Journal of Information, Society and Justice; and Emporia State Research Studies.
