Being a manager is wonderful, but sustaining growth is a difficult thing to accomplish. One may become a manager just because he/she has the most experience in the team, but without the basics discussed in this chapter, real growth may not happen. Growth is not to be measured in just titles and money, but also in your effectiveness as a manager.
