Here are some ingredients that will be required for growth to happen.

Grow your people

Let's face it, the team always does the real work and the manager essentially plays all those roles we discussed back in Chapter 1 to support the work being done. A manager's capacity is limited by the capacity of his team and by the same token it can be increased with the capacity of the team. For a manager to grow, the team members must grow in terms of numbers, skills, and responsibility.

Delegate
