Summary

From the day Jagdish gave me my first experience of dealing with attrition to today, attrition still gives a feeling of 'loss' and a chance to look inward and all around to make improvements. It's a constant challenge to keep the workplace attractive and exciting for a variety of people and to be able to create an environment where everyone can meet their goals and deliver for the organization at the same time.

The key to dealing with attrition is really in creating a workplace that people will not want to leave. In the next chapter, we will discuss some more aspects of managing like work life balance, working with Gen Y, working in remote teams, and diversity.
