Closing the hiring process

The ideal result of the hiring process is an offer being made to a candidate or a rejection. In a positive result, the hiring manager and the organization does a good job of reaching out to the candidate and keeping him/her informed. However, in the case of a rejection, it is unfortunate that a large number of people get no clear response or any response whatsoever from the organization they were interviewed at.

Also, some organizations have a rather long process of interviewing. It may take several weeks before the entire process is completed.
