See the Variety of Work
One organization I worked with specialized in electrical projects. Some of those projects required software or mechanical parts to the project. (Yes, I would call the multiple-type projects programs, as in Is the Work a Project or a Program?. However, this organization preferred to manage each piece of work as its own project.)
