Decide How Often to Review the Parking Lot

You have a number of projects on the parking lot. That’s good, because you removed them from the ranking decision. When should you review the projects on the parking lot?

It depends on how you use your parking lot. Do you use the parking lot as a place to put projects because people are reluctant to kill the projects? If so, review the parking lot as infrequently as possible. You might consider the parking lot a write-only board.
