Now that you’ve evaluated each project the first time, it’s time to refine your approach to the portfolio. You have a list of projects you would like to commit to. But you need to rank them against each other so that you staff only the most important projects.

I’ll present a number of options that will help you understand the value of each project in your project portfolio. As you read, make a note of which options seem best for your context now.
