• Without considering the life cycles your projects are using, how often would you like to review the portfolio? Is there any way for your projects to provide you with information that often? If not, what would you have to do to get that information?

• If your projects are not using agile or incremental approaches now, what would you have to do to make that happen?

• What would prevent you from using a rolling-wave approach to managing the portfolio?
