Publish the Portfolio Ranking
By now, you’ve ranked every project in your portfolio. You need to publicize that information to everyone who needs to know.
Decide whether you want to publish a ranked order of the projects along with the points like this:
Instead, you could just list the rank order of the projects like this:
If you have a number of projects and some of them are finishing before the next time you evaluate the portfolio, you may want to show that as it is shown in Figure 11, Projects ranked by month.
