Keys When You Are Interviewing for a New Job

Are you changing jobs within the same organization? If so, there is a risk that you might fail. And the chance of failure is higher if you are joining a new organization because, per Key #4, you have little or no credibility in a new organization, regardless of your prior performance, contributions, and credibility.

The good news is that it is possible to avoid failure and create a positive impact for your organization and for yourself instead, by properly assessing yourself in relation to a new job and organization before accepting their offer (Key #5). It helps to interview smartly and avoid recruiting traps (Key #6).
