Incremental life cycles (see Figure 64, Gantt-like picture of an incremental life cycle) shine when you don’t have continuous access to the customer and you can create feature teams to implement by feature. Incremental life cycles work even better if you have cross-functional teams so you can complete the feature with the cross-functional team.
