Build the Portfolio of All Projects

Not every organization knows which projects are active, which projects are supposed to be active, or which projects are planned for when. The first step is to build the portfolio of projects.

Gather the list of all the projects in your department. Note when management thinks the projects have started or are planned to start and when they are supposed to end.
