Develop a Project Dashboard for Sponsors

Your sponsors (or whomever you report project status to) might have their own preferences for status. With any luck, it will include your project dashboard. But if your sponsors don’t want to see everything, collect the dashboard as feedback for the project team. Your sponsors want to know when you’ll be done. And the way to help them understand that is to show them your risks and the project’s progress toward meeting release criteria.
