| Tip 2 | Make Your Planning Empirical, Not Predictive |
Empirical planning, which means planning just a little and then gathering information on actual progress to feed back into future planning, works. Predictive planning, which is attempting to predict the future, doesn’t work well unless you have a crystal ball. Use empirical planning and scheduling as much as possible in your projects.
