To finish off this chapter, we’re going to do two projects that exercise your ability to understand and work with the skeleton data. The first project will be practical, and the second will be silly and artistic.

For our first project we’ll build an exercise training tool, letting you act as your own physical trainer. Physical trainers teach exercises by demonstrating them with their own bodies. Then as you try to copy their motions, they give you feedback about how you’re doing. This project will record the position of one of your joints while you perform a series of physical motions.
