Creative People or Creative Teams?

Is creativity a characteristic of individuals or groups? The answer is both. There is little doubt that some people are more creative than others. However, creativity as a trait is highly correlated with intelligence, motivation, education, and other desirable personal qualities. In general, creative people are more intelligent, ambitious, successful, persistent, committed, and determined than are others.
