Something Creative: Accessing Creativity

For me, one of the pleasures and obligations of age and experience is the opportunity to offer career advice to young people and to help them find a job. This is very personally rewarding because it allows me to meet someone new, share what I’ve learned, and perhaps help another person in a substantial way. This is also professionally rewarding because it gives me a reason to call friends, colleagues, and clients who might be hiring and perhaps place someone in a position that could, frankly, be advantageous to me and my company.
