The first step is to create your Analytics account. Go here to begin: www.google.com/analytics. If you already have a Google Account (which you will if you’ve started your Google AdWords campaign), then you can simply sign in as normal.
Next you will go through the sign-up process which will see you providing:
1. Your website’s URL (you can also set up multiple domains later on, if necessary)
2. An account name
3. The country and time zone you’re in
4. The terms and conditions (you’ll also find the option to stop sharing your analytics data with Google, if you’re feeling so inclined!)
