The futuristic helmet and armor used as examples in the book are based on Hunter, a character from a forthcoming (at the time of this writing) graphic novel called The Final Hunt.
The Final Hunt Synopsis
The Final Hunt is the story of a mercenary named Hunter, hired to save geneticist Dr. Moira Baines from a hit squad on the corporate-owned planet Coriolanus in deep space. However, he becomes entangled in a government conspiracy that could engulf the galaxy in war.
