Broom handle or 1"-diameter wood dowel
Electric drill and drill bits: 3⁄16" and another bit narrower than your spiral nail
Hex nut, ¼"-20 thread
Hanger bolt, ¼"-20 thread
Wrench
Spiral nail, 8"
Hammer
Hacksaw
