Omnidirectional Spray Bottle
By Jason Poel Smith ■ Illustrations by Julie West
You will need
Spray bottle, 16oz or bigger
Flexible tubing, 1⁄8" ID, ¼" OD, such as aquarium air line
Stainless steel nuts, ¼" (5)
Scissors
Glue (optional)
Modify a spray bottle so it works when held at any angle. If you replace the hard suction tube with flexible tubing and a weight on the end, the tubing will naturally fall to the lowest point of the container.
1. Cut the tubes to length.
Cut the original spray bottle tube, leaving about 1" sticking out past the screw cap. Then cut the flex tubing about 1" longer than the cut portion of the original tube.
