18 Agreeing what is agreed and what is not

Agreeing everything during any phase of a change is impossible. At the start you have no idea of your Change Elements. In the middle you will have to learn to adapt and modify as your change becomes real, and at the end you need to focus on what will make your change successful. In order to keep momentum in change you need to gain agreement to keep moving. Even though you probably won’t gain agreement on everything.

You need to avoid spending your time on the most minute details when the best action is to take action and start to make your change happen.
