14 A simple change plan
The important things about a change plan are that:
- you have one
- you use it
- you continually update it.
If you type ‘Change Plan Template’ into Google, you will get hundreds of pages of change plan templates. I don’t propose this one is any better or worse than most of those. I have kept this as simple as possible so you can extend it based on your change, or use it as is.
