I have worked with some incredible project managers. Their ability to draw up highly detailed plans and continually monitor risks and issues that happen throughout projects and communicate and resolve those is, well, just incredible.
Some of them make change happen too. But always, always, always remember: change is about people. It’s about people moving from one place to another. From thinking one way to thinking another way. From following one process to following another.
