1 What do you mean by ‘done’?

Done is a strange word. When I ask someone if something has been ‘done’ I don’t ever feel hugely confident in their answer. There is nothing specific about ‘done’. Done is also a binary option. You either are or you aren’t done. But there is actually a huge spectrum of what people mean when they say ‘That is done’.

Change can fail because things don’t get ‘done’. They may get started, but they don’t get done.
