Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 is a tool for developing Web sites and pages. Unlike code editors, such as HomeSite, Dreamweaver is a visual editor that enables you to edit pages in an interface similar to a word processor. Dreamweaver’s robust Code view (discussed in Chapter 13, “Editing Code”) makes it possible for you to edit the code directly when you need to.
