Adding Special Characters

As you work in Dreamweaver, you will sometimes need to use characters that you can’t access directly from the keyboard. These special characters have specific HTML codes or alternative keyboard commands that might be difficult to remember.

1.	In index.html, place the insertion point at the beginning of the last paragraph, just in front of 2005 Yoga Sangha. Web pages often have footers with copyright information at the bottom. These footers also tend to contain text links to the main sections of the site for navigation and accessibility purposes. Footers sometimes contain contact information as well.
2.	Choose the Text category from the Insert bar. Click the Characters menu and click the © (copyright) character to insert ...
