Enhancing Type

You have thousands upon thousands of Macintosh fonts from which to choose (see the “Where to Buy Fonts” section later in this chapter for a list of vendors). Even so, you might not find exactly the style or effect you're looking for. Don't despair. Because Mac fonts are essentially computer data, you can use a variety of programs to modify their shapes, angles, colors, and many other attributes.
