File Launchers
When you set up a new Mac with Mac OS 9, you already have a convenient method for launching your favorite applications and files with a single click—Launcher. This floating palette has buttons representing applications, files, folders, and disks. You can place any item that can appear as an icon in Launcher (Figure 13.9).
