Hitting the Print Button (Finally!) (BW)

All applications that print have a Print command under their File menu, but you'll also find a Print button in the Page Setup dialog box of many printer drivers. The actual contents of Print dialog boxes can differ. That's because most printers—PostScript printers excluded—use different drivers; and the look, feel, and function of a Print dialog box depend on what the printer vendor wrote into the printer-driver software. That said, you'll find the following general features in most QuickDraw and PostScript Print dialog boxes:
