Sherlock

With the introduction of Sherlock in Mac OS 8.5, Apple applied its engineering abilities to make it easy to find items using your Mac—whether that meant searching for a specific file, a word or phrase inside a file, or even information on the Internet. Sherlock is the answer to all of that—you can use it to look for just about anything.
