Twitter developer account

In order for our Python Kafka producer application to capture tweets in real time, we require access to the Twitter API. As of July 2018, a Twitter developer account, in addition to a normal Twitter account, must be created and approved in order to access its API. In order to apply for a developer account, please go to https://apps.twitter.com/, click on the Apply for a Developer Account button, and fill in the required details.
