- harmonics
The overtones of a sound which happen at musical intervals or whole number multiples of a sound.
- harmony
A pleasing combination of notes sounded together. Usually an interval of third or fifth for vocals.
- hertz (Hz)
The measure of pitch of a sound. 1Hz equals one cycle per second of a sound's waveform.
- hum
Low-frequency interference to an audio signal, usually at 60Hz, caused by power source interference.
- interval
The distance between two pitches.
