Most of the time, you create and modify files for your own use. However, sometimes you need to share files with other people. At times, you may want to let others see what you’ve created, and other times, you may need to let others edit your file and send it back to you. Since sharing files is often necessary, you need to know how to share files easily.

In a perfect world, you should be able to share files as easily as you can share a newspaper or a magazine. In reality, sharing files isn’t as simple as you might expect.
