Collapse box

Windows don’t collapse with a “window shade” action in Mac OS X, but you can minimize them, reducing them to icons that stay parked in the Dock until you need them. Click the yellow button on the left side of a window’s title bar, or double-click the title bar, or press Collapse box-M, to minimize it.
