Keyboard & Mouse preferences: Control the keyboard shortcuts

If some of the keyboard shortcuts you use regularly are a little difficult, use this “Keyboard Shortcuts” pane to change them. You can even click the + sign and add your own keyboard shortcuts for commands you use often.

The option for “Full keyboard access” lets you use the Tab key to select all controls in a dialog box, not just the text boxes and lists. That is, if there are radio buttons (the round ones) or checkboxes (the square ones) in a dialog box, every time you hit the Tab key it will select the next active button; use the arrow keys to select the inactive ones.
