When installing Tiger, take the VoiceOver tour
On installation of Tiger, you'll find a message on the “Welcome” screen to learn to use VoiceOver. If you want to do so at that point, follow the directions and press the Escape key (esc). Your Mac will walk you through a great little tutorial. At the end of the tutorial, you will continue the setup process with VoiceOver turned on. (To turn it off, press Command F5.)
