Add a workflow to the Script menu
If you use the Script menu, you might find it handy to add workflows to it. Just drag a copy of the workflow into the Scripts folder that's in the Library folder that's on your hard disk (not the user Library folder).
To make the Script menu appear in your menu bar, open the Applications window. Open the AppleScript folder. Open the AppleScript Utility. Check the box to “Show Script menu in menu bar.”
