Goals	Provide users with an understanding of how their Macs connect to the Internet.
	Teach users how to troubleshoot their Internet and network connections.
	Teach users how to share files over a network.

On a Mac, you have various ways to connect to the Internet. You might have a dial-up account that goes through your phone line, a cable modem, a DSL modem, a wireless connection, an ethernet office connection that plugs into a broadband setup, or some other arrangement.

And you have various ways to connect your Macs together in a home or office. Once your computers are on a local network, you can transfer files between them and even access your own Mac from another computer.
