To limit email, iChat, and Safari web browsing
1. | Make sure that the user is not logged in. If he is, log him out. |
2. | Go to the Apple menu and choose “System Preferences….” Single-click on the “Accounts” icon. |
3. | If the lock icon in the bottom-left corner is locked, single-click on it and enter the Admin name and password. Click OK. |

5. | Single-click the “Parental Controls” tab.

6. | Put a check next to the application that you want to limit. Then click the “Configure…” button to choose email addresses, iChat buddy names, ... |
