Sort (organize) your information

Automatically sort your To Do list by due date, title, calendar, or priority (see page 100 if you're not sure how to prioritize items). Just Control-click on the To Do list, slide down to “Sort by,” and choose your option.

No matter how you've chosen to automatically sort items, once you manually drag an item into a different position, the sort order returns to “Manually” and is no longer an automatic arrangement.
