To create a web link on a TextEdit page
1. | Type the text that you want to apply a web link to. This text can be anything—it doesn't have to be the web address itself. |
2. | Select the text you want to apply the link to. |
3. | From the Format menu, slide down to “Text,” then choose “Link….” |
4. | Enter the web page address. Make sure you include this code at the beginning of the web address: http:// |
5. | Click OK. |
