Signature improvements
An email signature is any contact information or message or image that you designate to appear at the end of an email message you send.
In Apple's Mail program, you can create a number of different signatures and choose which one you want to use in any email message. You can choose to have one signature as a default signature that automatically appears, or let Mail randomly choose one for you.
You might have a business email address as well as a personal account with a different address. If so, each account can have its own signature or collection of signatures.
